Replacing the central power window control unit

You will need: socket head «on 7», T20 TORX wrench, plastic spudger, flat blade screwdriver.

1. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «minus» battery.



2. Remove the driver's door trim (see «Removal and installation of an upholstery of a forward door»).



3. From the inside of the upholstery, remove the eight screws (pic. 10.9) attaching the lining to the armrest of the driver's door.





4. Press the holders...



5.... and remove the trim from the door upholstery.



6. Press the latches...



7.... disconnect the control unit from the overlay and remove it.



8. Install the central power window control unit in the reverse order of removal.
