1. Remove the left front fender liner (see «Removal and installation of fender liner and wheel mudguards»).
2. Wring out a clamp of a block of a plait of wires and disconnect a block from the electric pump.
3. Disconnect the hose from the pump fitting.
4. Pull the pump up, removing its inlet fitting from the sealing sleeve in the tank opening...
5.... and remove the pump.
6. If necessary, remove the pump seal from the reservoir opening.
7. Inspect the bushing. Replace cracked or hardened bushing.
8. Install the pump in the reverse order of removal.
