You will need: Phillips screwdriver, special plastic spatula, thin metal rod (e.g. drill).
1. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «minus» battery.
2. Remove the steering column cover (see «Removal and installation of a casing of a steering column»).
3. Insert the key into the ignition lock and turn it to position III (starter).
4. Keeping the key turned, insert the rod (e.g. drill) into the technological hole on the lock body and press down the spring-loaded latch.
5. Remove the ignition lock cylinder from the lock housing.
6. Disconnect the wiring harness block from the immobilizer control unit.
7. Pry off the plastic clips with a screwdriver...
8.... and remove the immobilizer antenna ring from the ignition switch.
9. Turn out two screws of fastening...
10.... and remove the immobilizer control unit from the steering column.
11. Install the block in the reverse order of removal.
