1. Determine pedal free play. Press the pedal lightly with your hand and measure the distance to the point where you feel resistance.
2. Adjust pedal free play. Loosen the locknut and turn the push rod. Pedal play should be between 10 and 12 mm. Tighten the nut after adjustment.
3. Measure the clutch pedal travel. Press the pedal all the way to the floor. Measure the distance from start to end position.
4. Adjust pedal travel. Loosen the locknut and turn the bolt. The pedal travel should be between 120 and 125 mm. Tighten locknut after adjustment.
