Disassembly and assembly of the clutch slave cylinder

Disassembly

1. Remove the clutch slave cylinder.



2. Remove boot and pusher.



3. Press the piston, then remove the circlip with round nose pliers.

4. Remove the piston.

Assembly

1. Apply clean clutch fluid to the piston, cap and cylinder walls.

2. Install the spring into the piston, then the entire assembly into the cylinder body.

3. Push the piston into the cylinder, then install the circlip.

4. Establish a pusher and anther.

5. Install the clutch slave cylinder on the gearbox
