Disassembly
1. Remove the clutch master cylinder.
2. Remove anther and disconnect a lock ring of the piston.
3. Remove pusher and piston.
4. Check the walls of the master cylinder and piston for wear. Replace piston if necessary.
5. Check up wear of a cuff and the piston. Fluid leaks indicate wear.
6. Replace seal and piston if necessary.
7. Check up wear of a pusher. Repair if necessary.
Assembly
1. Apply clean fluid to the cap of the piston assembly and install the piston assembly and pushrod assembly into the master cylinder body.
2. Install retaining ring.
3. Install the boot.
4. Install the clutch master cylinder to the vehicle.
