2. Apply clean engine oil to all parts of the oil pump.
3. Replace all parts.
Fill all cavities of the oil pump with petroleum jelly to ensure bleeding. Otherwise, engine damage may result.
4. Establish a back cover of the oil pump and tighten screws the moment of 6 Nm.
5. Install relief valve, spring, washer and bolt.
6. Tighten the safety valve bolt to 30 Nm.
7. Apply a bead of room temperature curing sealant (RTV), on the oil pump gasket.
8. Install a new gasket on the oil pump.
9. Apply threadlocker to the threaded parts of the oil pump.
10. Install the oil pump on the block and tighten the mounting screws to 10 Nm.
11. Install a new oil pump cuff.
12. Cover the edge of the gasket with a thin layer of grease.
13. Apply threadlocker to the threads of the oil pickup screws and the support bracket screws.
14. Install the oil receiver and tighten the oil receiver screws to 10 Nm.
15. Install the oil pan.
16. Install the crankshaft position sensor and tighten the sensor screw to 10 Nm.
17. Connect the oil pressure sensor connector.
18. Install the rear of the timing case.
19. Install the timing belt.
20. Connect the negative battery cable.
