Removing the oil pan

1. Drain the engine oil from the engine.

2. Disable rear oxygen sensor (HO2S).

3. Disconnect the flanges securing the catalytic converter to the exhaust manifold and exhaust pipe of the muffler.



4. Remove the screws securing the oil pan.

5. Remove the oil pan.
