Withdrawal
To remove the fuel tank, follow the steps below:
- carry out the operation of reducing the pressure in the fuel system. To do this, let the engine run for 10 seconds with the fuel pump off. To turn off the fuel pump, remove the fuse;
- disconnect negative battery cable
- drain the fuel from the tank;
- remove the parking brake cable fasteners and the support that runs along the tank;
- remove the fill pipe (see fig. Т250 3.072);
- disconnect the pipes of the evaporative emission system (see fig. T250 3.073);
- disconnect the fuel pump connector;
- disconnect the inlet fuel line;
- support the tank with a suitable support and unscrew the tank fixing screws.
Installation
Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
