Withdrawal
To remove the crankcase oil pan, follow these instructions:
- disconnect the negative battery cable;
- remove the front right wheel and mudguard;
- drain the engine oil;
- disconnect the oxygen sensor;
- unscrew the nuts securing the bracket to the cylinder block and the upper flange of the catalyst to the exhaust manifold and remove the catalyst assembly from the front of the exhaust pipe;
- unscrew the screws securing the oil pan to the gearbox;
- unscrew the fastening screws and remove the oil pan;
- remove the oil pan gasket.
Installation
Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
Tightening torques
