Disassembly and assembly of the front wheel hub

Disassembly

1. Disconnect the drive shaft from the front wheel hub.

2. Remove the inner circlip.



3. Remove the wheel hub.

4. Remove the outer retaining ring.

5. Press out the hub bearing.



6. Clean the hub bearing seat.

Assembly

1. Install the outer retaining ring.



2. Press the hub bearing into the seat.



3. Install the inner circlip.

4. Reinstall the wheel hub.

5. Connect the drive shaft to the front wheel hub, tighten the nut to 300 Nm and fix it.
