2. Set wheels to straight ahead.
3. Remove wheels.
4. Disconnect the hydraulic power steering supply and return lines and plug them with plugs. When installing, tighten the pipe fittings to 22 Nm.
5. Turn off nuts of fastening of fingers of tips of steering draughts to rotary fists. When installing, tighten the nut to 60 Nm.
6. Remove the tie rod ends from the steering knuckles using a puller.
7. Disconnect the anti-roll bar. When installing, tighten the nuts securing the stabilizer bar to a torque of 45 Nm (see fig. Т250 6.020).
8. Disconnect the ball joint from the steering knuckle. At installation tighten a nut of fastening of a finger of a spherical support to a rotary fist the moment of 100 Nm (see fig. Т250 6.021).
9. Turn off the coupling screw of split spline connection of a shaft of a steering column. When installing, tighten the bolt to 22 Nm.
10. Remove the screws securing the lower motor support to the cross member.
11. Place a jack under the beam.
12. Turn off nuts of fastening of a stretcher to a car body. When installing, tighten the nuts to 150 Nm.
13. Lower the jack and remove the subframe.
14. Turn off nuts of bolts of fastening of the steering mechanism. When installing, tighten the nuts to a torque of 50 Nm.
15. Remove the steering gear assembly.
16. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
17. After installation, fill the system with oil and bleed the air from the hydraulic system.
