2. Remove rear wheels.
4. Loosen the parking brake cable.
5. Loosen the nut (1) and remove and drum (2). When installing, tighten the nut to 190 Nm.
6. Disconnect the return spring of the front (mounted in front of the rear wheel axle) brake pad.
7. Remove the top return spring.
8. Remove the springs holding the pads against the brake shield by pressing the outer spring washer and turning the washer a quarter of a turn to disengage it from the spring coupling pin.
9. Remove the adjustable spacer bar.
10. Remove the brake shoes with the lower return spring.
11. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. After removing and installing the brake drum and brake shoes, adjust the rear drum brake.
