To open the hood, pull the lever located under the control panel to the left of the steering column. This will release the latch and raise the front edge of the hood slightly.



Press and move the safety latch to the left and raise the hood.



Secure the hood in the raised position with a support stand. To do this, insert the end of the strut into the socket located on the inside of the front edge of the hood.



Before closing the hood, lift it up a little, remove the strut from its socket and firmly insert it into the holder. This will prevent the strut from rattling while the car is moving.



To close the hood, lower it to about 30 cm from the grille and slam the lock, releasing the hood. Check the security of the hood latch. To do this, try to lift the front edge of the hood.
